  • By placing an order, you agree to purchase the listed products at the stated prices, inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
  • Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
  • Payment must be completed through the available payment methods on the Platform (such as UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet).
  • Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS/WhatsApp.


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or provides false information.

 

4. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

  • Shipping timelines, delivery fees, and return policies are mentioned on the system generated invoice shared with you.
  • In case of damaged, incorrect, or defective items, please notify us within the period specified in the policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time.


5. Invoices and Order History

Registered users can view and download their past orders and invoices from their account dashboard.

All invoices are generated electronically and sent to your registered email address.


6. Intellectual Property


All content on this Platform — including text, images, graphics, logos, product data, and source code — is the property of Cropworks Innovation Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Platform’s content without our prior written consent.
